Greek Yogurt Raspberry Smoothies

The weather’s getting hotter, but we have a great way to cool down! Fruit smoothies are a go-to for many of us, with chilled vanilla yogurt giving them the cooldown effect we use to beat the heat.

But did you know Greek yogurt contains only about half the fat of regular dairy yogurt, while having nearly double the amount of protein? This healthy alternative will help keep you cool all summer!


  • 6 oz. plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 cup ice


  1. In blender, place yogurt, 1 cup raspberries, the honey and ice. Cover; blend until smooth and thick.
  2. Divide mixture evenly between two glasses. Garnish each with raspberries.


Serves 2.
